Girls Aloud Media started out as a forum on November 14th 2004. We then decided to open up a main page 'blog' on 31st May 2007, when the forum got more active. We call this 'Girls Aloud Blog' which has the latest Girls Aloud News, pictures and also forum competitions, and goings on.

On 9th July 2008, we decided to expand the Girls Aloud Experience by starting up this streaming video website. We agreed, that this was the step forward online, and Youtube has inspired a lot of sites to have their own streaming place. We wanted Girls Aloud fans to have their own place to a streaming website, with easy search of their favourite Girls Aloud clips.

On 22nd September 2008, this site officially opened up to everyone, with great feedback and nearly 100 members joining in the first day. 

On 17th February 2011, we moved to free fansite hosting with Fans-Planet.com
